Background
Everybody has a story, and Dr. L. Frazier White is no exception. He has a very eclectic background in education, youth development, and urban empowerment that has informed much of his approach to leadership and helping people with a specific emphasis of Black leadership development and empowerment of marginalized communities.
He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership that crystalizes the various lessons he has learned both academically and experientially as a "made" leader. He also earned a Master's degree in counseling and though he has never been employed specifically as a counselor or therapist, he does bring a therapeutic approach to how he engages the arena of consulting and training. Now as a research professional, he desires to use his expertise in change theory, leadership, and institutional theory to create a couch for organizations to sit on for a therapeutic experience.

In 2014 Dr. White published his first book entitled, "All God's Children Got Shoes". This fictional story was his first project that also serves as a source for curriculum for leadership development for youth and young adults.
In addition to being a researcher, change strategist, and author, Dr. White is a pastor of Faith Tabernacle UHCA where he leads a congregation on Capitol Hill, in Washington, D.C.
